YOU HAVEN'T SAW THE REAL BEAUTY OF THE MOUNTAINS IF YOU HAVEN'T BEEN THERE IN WINTER.

Winter hiking is more difficult than summer one, but it gives hundred times more impressions and satisfaction. We advice you to try the pearl of winter Carpathians: Petros Mountain - 2020 m. high. Winter view from Petros will take your breath away. Visibility range may be about 50 km, you can even see the part of Marmaros Mountain Ridge (part of Romania)
Tour timetable:
Day 1. Departure from Lviv at 3 p.m. and arrival to the strart point in the mountains at 11 p.m. and staying overnight at a Basecamp "Kazmejchuk" (today's route length about 10 km.)
Day 2. Having a rest, checking equipment and last preparation.
Day 3. Today we'll go from Basecamp to a Startcamp. It is situated about 1500 m. close to the Petros near the sheperds hut. After it you'll have a training, and we'll teach you how to use special equipment and how to behaive among snow and ice. After it we'll have a night at a sheperds hut.
Day 4. Climbing the top. During the way down we'll have a lot of fun, and in the evening we'll come back to the Basecamp.
Day 5. Having a rest. Taking an overnight train to Lviv.

SPECIAL OPTION
We can also climb the highest mountain in Ukraine - Goverla – 2061 m. high. It will take us two extra days.
