 A newly built 3-storied complex can accommodate 20 persons in 9 rooms. There is a restaraunt, a Russian bath-room, tents with a brazier. Complex is situated 20m far from the Source #1. There are independent systems of water supply, hot water - 24/7. Rooms: One room - one double bed, a TV set, a bathroom (a shower cubicle, a hair-dryer, WC). Two room- one double bed, a refrigerator (in room #2), a TV set, a bathroom (a shower cubicle, a hair-dryer, a bidet, WC). In rooms #1,3,5 there is also a writing table, a balcony, 2 extra places - unfolding sofas. Luxury - a two-room: one hall and one bedroom, a double bed, a soft corner-sofa, 2 TV sets, a refrigerator, a safe, a bathroom (a bathtube, a shower cubicle, a hair-dryer, a bidet, a cosmetic set, slippers, WC). 
 Services includes: Guarded parking Daily room cleaning, bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days. Extra services: Laundry and ironning Russian bathroom on woods with tea-drinking for 6 persons - 250 UAH per hour. Swimming-pool, billiard at the hall with home cinema, ping-pong. Treatment: Thai massage, healing and sporty massage, doctor's consultation. Bath massage with a broom, honey - hydrochloric massage, rubbing with a limon and soda.
