Cottages 1 and 2 (double cottages) – on the ground floor  — a sitting room with TV and a fireplace, a kitchen, a sauna and a bathroom (WC, shower). On the first floor  — a double bedroom and a balcony. Extra beds — a sofa bed in the sitting room.
Cottages 4 and 5 (for 4 persons) – on the ground floor — a sitting room with TV and a fireplace, a dining room with a kitchen area and a sauna (besides, cottage 4 has a cold swimming pool) and a bathroom (WC, shower). On the first floor — 2 double bedrooms, one has a bathroom with a bathtub, and the other one has a bathroom with a shower. Extra beds  — a sofa bed in the sitting room.
Cottage 3 (for 6 persons) – on the ground floor — a sitting room combined with a dining room, with TV and a fireplace, a kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom (WC, shower). On the first floor — 2 double bedrooms, one has a bathroom with a bathtub, the other one has a bathroom with a shower. On the second floor — a shower, a sauna and billiards. Extra beds — a sofa bed in the sitting room and folding armchairs in the bedrooms.

Service includes:
Parking, sauna (available in each cottage), an outdoor swimming pool in summer. Rooms are cleaned on request, linen is changed weekly and towels are changed twice a week (2 towels per person).
Extra services: Russian bath with brooms for scrubbing — 100 UAH per hour for up to 6 persons. Massage. Transfers to the ski lifts in Tysovets.
Sports and leisure facilities: Tours to Tustan, Skhidnytsya, Truskavets, to the waterfall in Kamyanka, to the Dovbush’s Rocks and to Lviv. Billiards (American). Aerohockey. Hiking, picking up mushrooms and berries, hunting. A private tow-rope ski lift — 65 UAH per day, the ski run is 400 m long. Ski equipment for hire, instructor’s service.
